These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Digital Library (the "Platform"), a study-material access service for college students. By registering an account, you agree to these Terms.
The Platform is intended for currently enrolled college/university students. You must select your actual university and course during registration and provide a valid, working email address for verification.
Registration requires a valid registration code, obtained either from a fellow student's personal invite code or from an admin-issued campus code. Providing false information (name, university, course, or batch) may result in account suspension.
Newly registered accounts can browse the list of available study resources, but access to the content itself requires a one-time activation fee, shown in Indian Rupees (INR) at the time of payment. Once activated, access to your course's listed resources continues for as long as your account remains in good standing and the Platform continues to operate.
Users may invite others using a personal invite code. A referral reward (shown in INR in your wallet) is credited only when the invited user successfully activates their own account. The Platform reserves the right to withhold or reverse referral rewards obtained through fraudulent, duplicate, or fake account activity.
Wallet balances earned through referrals may be withdrawn to a valid UPI ID, subject to review. Withdrawal requests are processed manually and may be marked "paid" or "rejected" with a comment explaining the reason. See our Refunds & Cancellations page for details.
Study material provided through the Platform is intended solely for personal, non-commercial educational use by the registered student. Ownership and rights to uploaded material remain with the original content owners/contributors; the Platform does not claim ownership over student-contributed notes or question banks.
We aim to keep the Platform available and resources up to date, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, technical issues, or changes to university/course listings may temporarily affect availability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
