Refunds & Cancellations

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains how refunds for the one-time account activation fee are handled, and how wallet withdrawal requests are processed.

1. Account activation fee

The activation fee is a one-time payment, charged in Indian Rupees (INR), that unlocks study material for your selected course. Because access is granted immediately upon successful payment, the activation fee is generally non-refundable once your account has been activated and you have accessed any resource.

2. When a refund may apply

Refunds, where approved, are processed back to the original payment method via Cashfree within 5-7 business days.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at the address on our Contact page with your registered email address and payment reference/transaction ID. Include a short description of the issue.

4. Wallet withdrawal requests

Wallet balances earned through the referral program can be withdrawn to a UPI ID you provide. Here's how the process works:

  1. You submit a withdrawal request with your UPI ID and amount, confirmed via a one-time code sent to your registered email.
  2. The request is marked pending until reviewed.
  3. An admin either marks it paid (funds sent to your UPI ID) or rejected, with a comment explaining why.
  4. You may cancel a pending request yourself at any time before it is processed.

5. Rejected withdrawal requests

If a withdrawal request is rejected, the wallet balance is not deducted and remains available for a future withdrawal request. Common reasons for rejection include suspected fraudulent referral activity, an invalid or mismatched UPI ID, or incomplete verification.

6. Contact for payment or payout issues

For any payment or payout concern not covered here, reach out via our Contact page and we'll help resolve it.
